Ganz fixed the trophy pedestal and trophy! Now my trophy room looks normal! They only took about a couple hours - not bad at all!

I have an item stuck on the floor in my daughter's room. I tried to send a notice to Ganz, but I get an error message saying my information didn't match their records. It is frustrating. We have spent thousands on Webkinz in my family. Now I can't get them to unstick a snow globe and I don't even know what aspect of the form isn't matching their records.

Fantastic guide! This is such an essential thing to know. Everyone should read this thread and print it out for future reference. You can't email Ganz for every little thing that you could fix yourself, they are swamped with requests! (I'm a DIY type.)
