How to unstick a stuck item on a table: A guide w/ picts

Thanks to Dixie Cup who shared this method of how to unstick a stuck item on a table or pedestal.

I had a stuck item today & thought I would show you w/ picts how to unstick a stuck item.

Here is a picture of a stuck item (the zingo bubble blower is stuck):




First, you remove the tabel or pedestal the stuck item is on:



Second, you leave the room by exiting through a door. This works better than jumping to another room. Then you come back.


Third, you place the table or pedestal back under the stuck item. Then you leave the room again.



When you return, there it is! The item is unstuck





Items that are stuck on the floor cannot be unstuck this way. You would have to contace Ganz to get an unstuck item on the floor, a stuck pet, or a stuck vehicle unstuck. You may contact Ganz by filling out their stuck item form on the ww website.

Here's how you report a stuck item on the floor (or a stuck pet or vehicle):



First, you click on the customer service form on the WW website.



Next, you report a stuck item by clicking her.



then, you select a stuck item in the room.



Last, you fill out the stuck item form here.

Sometimes clearing the cache, rebooting the computer, scanning for viruses, doing a disck clean up/refrag, or just logging out & logging back in helps w/ those problems.

If this does not help, you may also contact Ganz by phone. MathMom2 has written info on how to contact Ganz. With her permission, I've copied the info here:



Phone - There are different numbers to call GANZ. If you call them frequently, you may have multiple numbers.

Call 1-866-932-5469 ... This is their main number. Select zero a couple times and you should get their operator. Ask for customer service. If you are lucky, you'll get a live person, so see below. If you are like the majority you will be transfered to a CSR's voice mail. Here you leave your name, number, best time to reach you, and the reason you are calling.

OR, Call 1-800-724-5902 and pick Option #2 for customer service. If you get a voice mail, leave your name, number, best time to reach you, and the reason you are calling.

When GANZ calls you back and they miss you, the CSR will leave another number to call and their extension. Sometimes you play phone tag with them, especially if you work.

Cool! When objects go out of the room I try to remove the object underneath it and the thing pops back into the room. Then, I remove the stuck object and the object it was on and put them back, then they are unstuck.

Very good tips. Still, if none of them work only Ganz can help. As mentioned, use the Customer Service tab under the LogIn screen and select I Have Something Stuck. You will need your code to fill out the form. On a postive note we just wanted to say that Ganz' Customer Service used to take several days to resolve this but recently they have fixed the problem the same day.
