Thanks, I was teaching this today as a mini-lesson at avvie/siggie "school" today and this helped us!! (although i knew how to do this already) It was a quicker way!!! Thanks!

Why won't it come up in paint? I press the prt sc button but when I go to paint it doesn't show up when i click paste. in fact, paste doesn't even show up bold like it should.

Thanks so much! I'm wicked excited! I have not been able to find Mac user picture directions until yours! Anyways, I got the crosshairs, I took the px, its on my desktop, I can open it. YIPPEE! But now I don't get the next part, how do I manage to use to post on WI, etc. HELP, please!

You must upload it. Go onto Imageshack.us or Tinypic.com. Then select browse. Click on desktop on the left. Select your image then click upload. Then get the IMG code and paste it in a post/reply.

Well try pressing "print sc" or "prt/sq" again then press "control" "v" it should work!
