Here are some shots of laptop keyboards with the needed buttons marked. First is a regular Toshiba laptop keyboard. Second is an Apple Keyboard with all of the buttons needed marked. The Apple buttons are more obvious but hey... just helping!!!

You can't really read the text but here is what it says:
Picture 1 top: Here is the PrtSc Button on a laptop. It is next to all of the "F" buttons.
Picture 1 Bottom: The Print screen button is usually found at the top of the keyboard next to the "F" buttons (F1-F12). Note! this is a Toshiba laptop. I'm pretty sure all laptops that aren't Apple's are like this.
Picture 2 top: Here is the 4. After the 3 before the 5... I think you get the point
Picture 2 side: Here is the SHIFT button, as if you didn't already know.. haha.
Picture 2 bottom: Here is the Apple button. See the little Apple... APPLE haha sorry, I'm weird...
Picture 2 bottom next to Apple description: Press all of these buttons then continue following the directions given. Sorry, I can't really elaborate for I don't have an Apple. Also this is a computer keyboard but I'm pretty sure the laptop keyboard is the same.
