ok i've been trying to post a pic of a problem i'm having, with no luck, and i just read the note in post 2, i am vista and can't see an fn button. is it the "flag" looking one? sorry i know very little about my computer. also it says press Fn-Alt-Prt Scr/SysRq, is that at the same time? thanks for any info

On my laptop (I should say my hubby's laptop that he lets me use) the 'Fn' key is next to the flag key... though honestly I've only ever seen an 'Fn' key on a laptop that I can think of. If you are using a regular PC it might not be there and you might need to use a different key combo.
