Paint
Step 1:
Take a screen shot of WI whether it is here ____ Where I am writing this or, Where the avvies are. That way, you can have a transparent avvie or siggy. Cut our the image so it is the size preferred.
Step 2.
Go to the top and click on image, Then Draw Opague. Make sure it is unchecked.
Next, Open or copy and paste your image on, It should come up part way transparent, If you see spaces that aren't...
Step 3:
Above the pencil option you will see a dabber. Click on it. Then dab the color of the transparent background. Draw with the paint brush around your image. You should have the transparent color on the paint brush. After it is touched up how you want it, Cut it our and paste it on a new file. Save it and upload it here on WI!!!!
Lunapic
Step 1:
Go to www.lunapic.com
Step 2:
Upload you picture.
Step 3:
You will see tabs at the top, Click edit. Go to the bottom and click TRANSPARENT
Step 4:
It will ask you to pick the color you want transparent. Click the background of your image.
Step 5:
If it worked right, It should have a grey and white background ( It means it is transparent )
Step 6:
Go to file and save.
Step 7:
Save, Upload on www.tinypic.com or here on WI
