I've already suggested this to Customer Service 2 weeks ago...I hate going into the Outlet, only because PJ talks too much and covers the item categories there! Drives me nuts! Arte, too!

That's a great method for the KO. Before, we bought something to make her stop talking. I like this new method now because I am pretty frugal with my KC Rep!
