{How To} Make a Note to Yourself on WI That Only You can See

I know, funky title, right? But what you'll learn here is probably something you will need later on.

Do you have something like a GE layout that you want to save, but it's not the right season for it? How about a shop that you don't want to open yet but it's done, or what about a shop that's not completed yet? If you want to know how to save these without anyone else seeing them, you've come to the right place!

This comes in handy to:
Those with GEs, shop owners, story writers,
[feel free to add]

Step 1: Go to the thread with the thing you want to save. Click the 'Modify' button, then select everything [CTRL+A, Mac Command + A]. Now copy everything once it is selected [CTRL+C, Mac Command + C].

Step 2: Go to your Private Message area. Click 'Compose Message'.

Step 3: Address the message to yourself. Put in a title like, '____ Layout: DO NOT DELETE.'

Step 4: Paste [CTRL+V, Mac Command + V] your thread into the box under the title.

Step 5: Send the message.

Step 6: After sending it, you will be taken to your inbox. Your message should be there.

Step 7: Select your message, click the scroll down box to the bottom right corner, and click 'Mark as read'.

Step 8: Move your PM to whatever folder you want to. Don't keep it in your inbox, you might accidentaly delete it.

There you go! When you are ready to switch your GE layout/open up your shop, just copy the content of that PM.

~ Note ~
You CAN edit this PM, so it works for not completed shops/GEs too. You will have to mark it as read and move it to a folder you want it in again, though.
