Now, I can't show this in pictures because I have nothing that's over WI's limits but I can tell you. And it only takes 1 simple step!
Step #1
Open the picture onto paint. Click off the picture then crop the part you want. Grab it at the bottom, the right side, and drag it smaller. Save it and see if it fits WI's limits, if it doesn't keep making it small until it fits. |   | |
