What a Shop Owner Feels
I know how it feels when you finally get your first customer at your shop, you do their order as fast as possible and post. You PM and VM them so many times it is unreal, but they don't use it or 'forget' to get their order. You feel like you did something wrong, but you didn't.
This is what shop owners feel like when you order from a different shop or never use the graphic they made for you. You don't want to be the customer that causes this feeling do you?

How to Order at a Shop

I am very excited and can't wait to get my blinkie!
That is the right way to order something from a shop. Correct grammar, using the form, and being nice. This is how shop owners like their requests to look like.
hey! i want a her with brown hair and a pink outfit. make it saay rachel rules!1 i want the blocks to be red aand blue.

Don't order like that, ever! The shop owner wouldn't even know what they wanted and could give you the wrong item. They misspelled a lot of word and that can mess up your order. Don't rush them if your order isn't done right away, they have a life outside of
WI.
How to Pick-Up Your Order
Once you pick up your order you should post something like this:
Thanks for making my blinkie! I like it a lot! Thanks again!
How not to order:
i got your thing-y. but i ordered something else and im using that.
No shop owner wants to hear that you're using someone a graphic someone else made, so just say thanks even if you aren't going to use it.
What If They Forgot?
Shop owners occasionally forget to do 2 or 3 orders, so if you have been waiting a few days for your order post something like this:
Hey, are you almost finished with my order?
Don't post this:
if you dont hurry up and get myy order im not ordering from u evver again!!!!
That is mean and if a shop owner sees that they could flag your post and you could get into some BIG trouble.
What if They Messed-Up?
They accidentally spelled you name wrong or your doll had brown hair instead of black hair, if they messed up just say:
You accidentally spelled my name wrong so here is my form:
I wanted a blinkie
Form:
Theme: Fairy
Hair Color: Brown
Outfit Color: Light Pink
Text: Rachael Rules!
Block Colors: Red and Blue
Don't post this:
make me a new doll!!! you did horrible! u spelled my name wrong!
That is very mean and you didn't even tell them what you got or how to spell your name.

Sometimes you don't want to order anything so you post something about their thread. Here is what you should post:
I like your shop! Very nice!
Don't post:
ur shop is ugly!!!! you copied mine!
This is very mean and will be flagged.
or
Do you use lunapic.com?
Don't ask what websites or programs people use. They will post what programs/websites they use if they want to.
