contest help!

ok, so I want to enter the outfit contest on webkinz newz. I drew it out on paint and everything. Then I learned that it was too big for the contest. What can I do to shrink it? or what else can I do that will make it small enough to enter it into the contest?

Well go into paint, select the sizer tool, make a boz around it, and resize it. That, or maybe the file is too big

I think the file is too big... It's a bmp when it needs to be a gif... is that what you were just talking about?

kk's, so go back to paint, click "Save as" and use the menu to select GIF, then go to LunaPic Online Photo Editor and go to "edit" "resize" and scale it
