Go to WI and press the "Prnt Scrn" key on your keyboard to take a screenshot. Then, open up Microsoft Paint, and press "Ctrl + V" on your keyboard to display it on paint.
Step 2:
Select the little eyedropper tool. Then, click the part of the forum where the posts go to copy the colour.
Step 3:
At the top of the screen, there is a toolbar. Select "colours," and then click "edit colours."
Step 4:
A little window will pop up. Click on the button that says "define custom colours."
Step 5:
The forum colour should come up on a colour chart. Don't change it at all, and click "add to custom colours."
Step 6:
Now that you have this colour saved, open up the picture that you want to make transparent.
Step 7:
Open up that colour box again, and select the forum blue colour that you have saved. Then, use the paint bucket and paint brush tools to paint the areas that you would like to be transparent.
Step 8:
Save your picture as whatever file you want.
You should end up with this:
Viola!
