Arte & Doug were good friends. They grew up together & were close like brothers. They even had their own club called the Adventure Dogs. They went on adventures & found wonderful things. Doug kept the gems & Arte kept the artifacts. Arte used the artifacts to open the Curio Shop & share the rare items with others. The story is in The W Tales.

Click on my link in my signature (Who is Doug) and you will discover a bit about Arte Fact. It is the story of Doug the Dog as well. There is another story where Arte goes on a hunt called the Secret of the Lost Tomb and it REALLY shows how Arte became an Archeologist.
