Do you think Arte talks to much - Gantz shut him up please!

I wish Gantz would give us a button to shut Arte up , man he talks to much. More now since he got his new teeth and all too in my opinion. I mean naturally I can mute the sound of him, but I just want to avoid the silly talking bubbles as well. I would rather get in and out quick. He wastes too much time yapping about "There you are" and such. I have all the levels and get the specific time when rares happen, but wow makes you want to not tip the man. I know this is just a rant but I am sure there are other of you who think the same thing. Plus I am kidding, so joke away as well!

Yes, it drives me nuts!!!!! I just want to click on the stuff for sale and not have to have him prattle on and on. Then when I want to do the gem hunt...UGH!! He says the same thing over and over and over and you have to wait and wait and wait until you can click on keep or sell your gem.1 I would love a "silent" button for him!!!!! But, I'm not kidding!!!!!

Oh, I have had my computer on mute since about a month after we started but then I am not a huge fan of noise on any site. And I agree, it just slows down the process.

Poor Arte getting a bad rap again. Do the Rares first, the Gem Hunt second.

I'm sure many many members do him the discourtesy of cutting him off and switching to some other screen as soon as they choose Sell or Keep your gem. He's only trying to tell you "Good Luck with that Collection", but nooooo...... Zap! off we go to the Magical Forest, without even a Good-bye Arte!

I never turn the sound on, but especially not with Arte!!!!!!!!! Can't stand the gruff voice!!!!!!!

Watching his mouth move silently never bothered me, until they added the dentures. Can't stand it now! My niece even puts her hand up in front of the screen when he's talking!!!!!!

I also find it annoying! I know that I can trade for the crown of wonder, you tell me every single time! Ahh!

Someone mentioned tipping him... is there any benefit for giving tips because I never do I usually let my daughter do gem hunting and shopping and she doesn't know that tipping is even something we do in real life let alone a virtual world, lol!

Tipping is supposed to make Arte be frienlier to you. Then when you ask about rares and sales, he'll hold up a little sign telling you the hour they'll be in the Curio Shop. Some people make a big deal over it, but it's not that great in my opinion.

I only tipped Arte a couple of times. Mostly, how I got to the "highest level" with Arte was by going back to the Curio Shop a lot, buying rares, and buying things on sale. I must have bought just about every article of WShop clothing from him, when they were a few KC cheaper than at the WShop. I also bought a ton of fences on sale from him. Now, I also have collected most of the rares.

I had been checking the Curio Shop almost every hour, because I was waiting for the bowling alley, and I didn't know about WI tracking the rares, so I had to make a pest of myself at the Curio Shop.

When you try to tip him, if you choose only a couple of KC, he refuses it, saying that he doesn't take charity.
