Try using a different browser. I actually have installed 3 myself.

Firefox
Opera
Internet Explorer (no choice, comes with Windows)

And I use them in that order. Mainly because most sites are built to either attack or whatever IE, so I decided to use the others. Actually I find Firefox faster anyway and some of the plug-ins are awesome (but I know this subject is a tad off topic). Hope that helps... But normally clearing the CACHE will do the job, or clearing the HISTORY depending on what program you are using.
