I am proud to say that Arte really likes me. I seem to be on lever #7. He tells me the exact time of his rare offering for the day by holding up a sign. I was thrilled when this first happened. At the time I didn't know about WI, so I had to check the shop hourly to not miss a rare item. Obviously I am a BIG buyer from Arte. I always check his prices at the W Shop because he often charges more than they do for items. As long as you are careful and check prices, Arte has some good deals.

By the way, on the question of tipping. I always tip $25, even if I find nothing. If I sell an expensive jewel to Arte, I have tipped up to $100. Arte seems to like my method because I have been level #7 for over a month.
