I'm on level 7 and have been...........I've noticed that it helps if you do both to get you up levels quicker.
However, with all these awesome rares lately, I've been going broke. So what I have been doing is buying the least exspensive item and making sure I tip him. If I don't buy, then I tip higher.

do you move up once your on lv 7, where he tells your more then just the next hour the rare Item is? I'm on lv 7, but he just gives me a time, he does'nt tell me what's going on the next day...?
