umm i must be doing something wrong then
have been tipping him since i started a month ago....
also buy at least one item a day
and still am just a level one based on how he greets me
i wish there was a way to mute him or fast forward him though lol

Hey I was wondering if this has ever happened to anybody, or if it was just a glitch.

The other day, I had finally made it to level 4, and when I went on this morning, I went down a level!

Is this supposed to happen because I have been tipping everyday ( 10 KC )

Awesome..I'm on level 5 with Arte. I've only been a WW member since July 1st. I go there EVERY hour that I can. I try to ask about the rare item of the day & tip him..no matter what he says.

I'd just like to remind others that tipping isn't absolutely necessary. I've been on Level 7 for a long time now and I've never tipped.. Maybe the tipping adds to what you're spending in the Curio Shop and helps you move up. I can't say for sure, but you can move up without tipping and that always leaves more KC for you to spend on other things. I wonder if there are very many others out there that don't tip, compared to those that do.
