How do you know what level you are at with Arte. I have bought several rare items and I do tip. But I have never seen what level I am at!

It takes time. You don't ONLY tip him, you have to buy things at his shop once or twice a day. Buy little things and then sell them if you want. Is the highest level the one that says "Ahhhh... one of my favorite costumers!" or whatever. If it is, then Im the highest level.
