Thanks for this thread!!! I just made level FOUR tonight!!!! I just started buying from him about a week ago, so I really dont think theres a Science to it. I've tipped him about three times in the passed week at 100 kc.

The rare items message says at most he's going to have a couple of rare items per day and he usually gets his shipments in the afternoons. Thats the most he can tell me!!!


Im gonna TRY my hardest to get the Chef hat to go with my jacket the Arte Fact plush the Medieval items and the Country bed today!!

Yeah, after I read this forum, I started to tip him and make sure that I buy something from him. I only buy it if its something thats cheaper (no often) or if its not at the W Shop. Which for example, the chef stuff. I love that outfit! LOL

But I moved up to level 3 today, and it only took a few days, so we shall see how long it takes to get to lvl 4 for me..
