Sometimes people have received the Doug item even though they do not have all the gems and then it registers as a -1 to be returned at a later time or I think in the beginning they did. Now, not so much. Maybe you had that happen. i remember people talking about it.

Arte is getting older that he may have forgot you had the gem, or maybe you traded with Doug when he let you trade, even though you don't have the gem. He has new dentures though, have ya noticed?
