Arte is not accepting Tips?

Try to tip Arte today but he is not accepting it. $ will not deduct and he just stands there and not saying anything.

Only have this probalem after the mantenance. Do you have this problem ?

I didn't have any money withdrawn from my kinzcash either, when trying to tip Arte.

He accepted my money, but he didn't say anything after I tipped him like he used to.

Okay, I take that back, he said "thank you" after about five minutes.

I just tried to tip him and same thing...no money was deducted from my account and he just stood there saying nothing.

I tipped him earlier this morning and he accepted it. I did it about 15 min ago and he said " I am sorry I dont aceppt charity"

He says that any time you try to tip him more than once a day.
