What if WI had a virtual store? With virtual money?

I sooo wish that WI could develop a store, where we could sell our items for a set amount of points/virtual cash, based on the wigev. Our items would then go into a catalog, or store, which members could browse through, and then purchase items that they need with points/virtual cash that they have saved from selling their unwanted items. I don't think that anyone would even have to be the 'shopkeeper', once a computer program was put in place. How I wish!!!

That would be soo cool, I agree! But GANZ is banning people for using real money to buy WW items.

We could buy in WI Bucks, though!!

No real money would be involved...you would sell your unwanted items to a virtual store here, receive virtual money, and then swap the virtual money for something you need in ww.

While this is a good idea, and i had dreams about it, with the "crack down" on virtual item selling. It would not be the best thing to do, even though your not using real money.

Another thing is, WI has the gift exchange already.

This would have to be sactioned by Ganz of course, but from what I understand they are against selling item for REAL money...this would all be in the virtual world...sort of trading items for points, then using the points to trade for something you'd like to have, via a store here. Not every trader here on WI gets the same exposure; this would just make it easier for everyone to get things we need, on a first come, first serve basis.

Ah, I see. It would be a good idea, more beneficial than combing the GE for desired items...

Exactly!!! All of our excess items would be put into a catalog, or pool, and then when we have enough points saved, we could purchase. Sort of like how Zumwhere is...a catalog, with currency.
