And you don't have to manually enter it, like you do for your birthday... it's when you joined and that's that!

Just remember that all these suggestions (birthday and anniversary in this case) will slow down WI just a little bit more.

Mmm, wouldn't it be easier just to look at the Join Date:
under your reps and everything? I realize it won't give an exact date, but...

Also, I don't think it would be fully necessary since we already have something telling us pretty much how many years ago we joined

I see your point, but I hardly ever look at the date when I go to profiles or even when someone posts. It would be a little reminder.

Yes, I see, and I think it is a good idea, nice too, for WI members to be proud of their anniversary, but I cannot understand when we would need to know their anniversary.
