Well I do and I think that it would make it a ton easier if the VMs that we clicked on and answered were highlighted. i get a ton a day and sometimes I forget to answer them and then we stop talking ...

EDIT: I agree with GP (GoldenPuppy) it would be better if it was optional and maybe like a little star next to it to show that you didn't answer it. And you could turn it off if you didn't like it! [x

I don't think this is necessary. If you're having trouble keeping up with your VMs, you can always disable them by going to user control panel, edit options.

Or if instead of highlighted for everybody, you could chose to have maybe a little star next to your name or maybe a little heart, or highlight it in a certain color!!

I get a lot because I TRY to check them everyday I just forget.

It's easy to see new VMs because you've already replied to some and remember that you did reply. I always look at the ones I didn't reply to because I knew I didn't reply.
I don't think it's necessary to highlight a whole page due to Visitor Messages. I would not like that, personally.
