Suggestion... about finding old/ new threads

I have an idea. I have no idea if someone has already said this or anything, but I just wanted to share.

I was thinking we could have like a search bar...for like threads.

So say you knew the name of a thread, but you can't find it! No problem, just type in the name and the thread will pop up!

For every letter you type, if a thread doesn't have that letter, it disspears from your view so u can find threads a lot easier. When the search box is empty, all the threads show up.

What do you guys think? I was having trouble finding this one shop I went to (and didnt post at or anything) and I just came up with this idea! Is it possible?

Yes, there already is something like this. It's the Search bar at the top by My Posts.

You can search for users, threads, posts containing a specific word... And stuff like that.

Tags help you search for a thread. You can search forums to find a specific thread, already. If there is a tag on a thread, that is basically a "keyword" that can be used to find a thread through the search engine.

If you remember what section you/another member posted that thread in, you can use the "Section Tools" to find it as well.
