A Suggestion...

Thanks for clicking! I just want to give a little background info before I post my suggestion.

I'm not sure if many of you go to the "Glitch Reports" section, a sub-section of "Somebody Help!", but if you go there, link ---> Glitch Reports
You'll see that the threads are labeled one of four things- Critical, Major, Minor, and Trivial. When you make a glitch report there you are asked to choose one of those and each one has a seperate color- red, green, blue, black.

Here's just some more info on it.

My Suggestion

I was thinking that it'd be pretty cool if we could do something like that in the "Help!" section.

When you go to that section...



And want to make a thread asking for help...



You'll be asked what kind of question it is...



There are 4 choices:
Webkinz World- Orange
Webkinz Insider- Purple
Computer- Pink
&
Other- Maroon

I know that this is just a small little suggestion, but I think that it'd be helpful.
Many people like me who post in the "Help" section and don't go on WW much anymore have to take the extra time to click on a thread and see what it's about (most titles aren't clear) and end up not being able to help with WW problems because we aren't keeping up with what's going on in WW...
It's just the opposite for people who spend sooo much time in WW and not on WI, they would be able to easily spot the people that need help with Webkinz and would be able to help them.

I love this suggestion, DDD! That way, if someone specializes in a particular task, let's say, for example, a person who knows a lot about WW could answer a specific question about Webkinz World. Due to this labeling, someone would know it would be a question about Webkinz World, and they could efficiently answer it. Rep!
