Questions about the GE

I am really not to sure where this goes. I have some questions about the GE. I would appreciate anyones help. Okay here goes. How exactly does this work? I would like to understand more before I decide to apply. Do you compile a list of items that you would like to trade? Do others post lists of what they are trading and also what they would like in return?

What sort of items are traded? Is there all sorts of stuff or is it mainly for hard to get items? Do you post what items you are looking for or do you just look at others lists to see if you can find what you need?

I read the guide but I really did not see these answered there. I do fully understand on how to apply but would like to know a little more before I do so. Thank you.

Great questions! I will try to answer these as best as I can.

This system is fairly simple but might seem complicated at first. When you apply, the admins will look over your posts and evaluate whether or not they think you're ready to be a GT. If they do, they will send you a PM with information on how to get started in the TS (Training Section) and your status will be changed to Gift Trainee.

When you're a Gift Trainee, you can only trade certain items to prevent scamming. It's pretty simple to get in the TS and some members might only want to join the GE just so they can scam people. Once you've graduated and you become a Gifted member, you are allowed to trade all items except for codes.

You can do both- either post your haves & wants on one thread or look around the GE for threads to offer on. However, in the TS, you must have a trading thread.

Okay thanks so much guys. Just one more thing. When you say I will need to have a Trading Thread in the TS, do you mean a list of items that I am trading?

In the TS you need to have and maintain a trading thread. Wants and haves. Keep up with offers and trade on others'. A trainee's coach will help guide you through all of that.

Yes, that is a list of things you are willing to trade.

It is a pretty simple & FUN process!! Not to worry at all!! You can apply, get a coach, then make a list of all of the things that are acceptable for the GTE(gifted training exchange)...it is a LIMITED list that you can provide...things like CURRENT psi's only, CURRENT exclusives, superbeds, curio shop items, kinzstlye, regular w-shop items, lots of PSF's(pet specific foods), some click to win items(among a few other things too)..it is a really fast, fun, & easy to trade section...I miss it like crazy because it was so much fun!!
By all means...APPLY for this section of WI to become unlocked for you...be prepared to busy the first couple of days or so, but..things die down, &, it really becomes a fun thing to participate in!!
