My honest opinion on getting your Stories Approved.

Okay, so I've been thinking about this since I applied to make a story.
I don't really, honestly, see the point in having to apply to create a story thread. I know that before they added this rule, that forum might have been overflowing with stories, and I know that's not that great, but it was actually kind of good in a way. It let me have more of a selection to choose from. Now, the amount of stories are limited and unless another thread is approved, it's the same ones every time I go there.
My opinion on this rule is kind of half-half. I know that if they hadn't have added this, the section would've gotten out of hand and gone crazy, but also, this limits the amount of threads that people can express their creativity on, if that makes sense.
This may just be me and my impatient-ness, not wanting to wait to create a story, but I truly think that this rule isn't needed, and it's kind of.. holding back from creating a big section of creative-ness.

I hope this is seen by a staff member, and it's at least considered.
I understand if you don't want this. I'd love for you guys to post your suggestions on this.

Thanks for posting your opinions on this. You can be sure that the staff reviews all threads in Rules & Suggestions, and considers each one seriously.

The recent change in rules for Creative Writing was in responses to abuses, and the amount of time spent moderating that forum had become really excessive. Remembeer that moderators are volunteering their time here.

Once you have your Creative writing thread, you can write endlessly on it, an entire novel if you like. In the meantime, there are many more outlets for your creativity here.
