Thanks for posting this! I was wondering if my posts were "fluff" or not and this will help me decide whether I'm ready to "apply" or not. Looks like it's been helpful to a lot of people besides me, too!! | | | 12-04-2008, 08:42 PM | #512 | bermudiancheer14113 Webkinz :) Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 1,081 | Re: How To Make Good Posts, To Become A Gifted Trainee (UPDATED ON SEP. 7th ) !!! I was looking everywhere trying to find this info. Then I looked where it should be so of course i found it here. And you know I'm pretty sure I saw all this when I first joined a few months ago and read everything. Unfortunately I wasn't able to remember. Ah well. It's probably because I didn't actually get really interested in Webkinz Insider until the last couple of weeks. Other than looking at the rare times and printing the trade guide off. But now I'm having a blast. It's so much fun looking at pictures and participating in conversations. There's so much to do I don't know what to do next. The only bad side to this website is that I'm not earning as much kinzcash as I used to. Because I'm spending time here instead of WW. Oh well it's more interesting (& funner more or less) than Webkinz World. I just want to say thanks to everyone who created this awesome site and run it. This was a very nice thing for you to do for all of us members here on WI! It really means a lot to me! The thing is, I know lots of people who have a lot of non-fluff, helpful posts and have applied to the Gift Exchange, but eitheer don't get accepted or forget about it because it takes so long. Is there any way I could make the process of waiting any shorter, because I really would like to be a Gift Trainee but afraid of how long it will take in the process. Also, once you apply, how long does it take you to become a GT? Thank you very much indeed!

This information helped me a lot, and I put in my application a few weeks ago. Can you tell me if I will be notified by PM? I'm not sure how long it takes, but sometimes I miss a few days in here because of work travel. I'm really looking forward to becoming a trainee! Thanks for all your help. | | | 12-14-2008, 03:20 PM | #519 | Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 14,679 | Re: How To Make Good Posts, To Become A Gifted Trainee (UPDATED ON SEP. 7th ) !!! -ainbow Thank you so much. The process really doesn't take that long. Just make around 60 posts...they shouldn't all be *helpful* posts either. Take a moment to reread this thread from the very beginning. Once you sign your Agreement, it takes about one week to be notified. Originally Posted by JustineSade Thank you, so much. Every time I find something to announce or explain - there it is, already posted.
I guess I will just keep trying.
Thanks again!!! Please remember, this isn't about making only *helpful* posts...there are many other types of posts that will count..... Be supportive. Congratulate people. Welcome new members. Check out the Happy Birthday section and send good wishes. Go to Open Mike or Gen'l Disc/chat and join in conversations. .....Please reread this thread for lots more suggestions.
