All right, this really ticks me off, and I've seen it a lot today, mostly in the Open Mike section. Someone will post a thread like this:
Username1234567890: Hey guys! I was wondering who your favorite band was! 
And someone will reply saying:
RandomPerson123: lolololol do u kno were i can find the dracula wig oloololol
This is called GOING OFF TOPIC. And it is not tolerated by me.  If you're going to reply, reply in a way that is related to the thread. Such as:
RandomPerson123: My favorite band is the Jonas Brothers!
(^random band, couldn't think of anyone else... )
If you're just going to say random things, then that's technically considered a spam post, I think.  __________________ I'd rather live like ice cream was the best thing in the world and then find out it wasn't, than live like it wasn't the best thing in the world and find out it was...

It's a rule, so I don't think people should reminded of something the were supposed to read when they joined. Don't make a big deal and flame them, but just report them and move on. Simple. __________________
