This is adding on to smitchell's thread about reading the FAQ and guides before asking a question on WI.
When posting a help thread, as well as checking out the FAQ and guides for answers, you should also look at some of the other threads in that section. If it's a glitch that's the problem, a lot of other people may be having the same problem, and someone may have already answered their question, so if you look at that thread you may get the answer.
Also -- if you have a question about something that you may be embarrassed about asking, because you think you should already know the answer, ask it anyway! No one will get mad at you for not knowing the answer, and who knows? Someone else might have the same question as you and could be glad that you asked it.
Just keep this in mind. Post if you disagree, agree, or have any suggestions.
