*Suggestion* Remember to choose best answer!

Great reminder! I'm in the Somebody Help! forum a lot, so whenever I see a thread where somebody has answered the question and it isn't closed yet, I just write in a post the person's name who answered the question. Here's an example:

"Hi! PolkaDot259 already answered your question, so just click on 'Mark as Best Answer' above their post to close your thread. "

Please respect the person posting the question and do not push for their closing the thread.

There are several reasons why a question thread does not get closed right away. Here are just a few:

1-The person asking the question might be off-line, busy with real life.

2-They might be busy experimenting with the various answers given, perhaps having trouble with some of them. (strangely enough, not all answers are correct for every computer )

3-They might be hoping for more opinions.

4-They might not be sure which answer to choose, or for some reason they do not want to choose.

Eventually the thread will be closed by moderators we feel that there are sufficient correct answers. All answers get read by staff.
