Why is it so hard?

I love KinzPost Sorter. What I do is glance at the numbers at the top before I begin to have an idea of what numbers are where. I start putting random boxes in spaces, and usually try to put one box in each column, unless there is a column that has say, 4 box spaces and the number at the top is 72. Then I try to put higher numbers only there.

I leave one box empty at the top of each stack, and then put four boxes in the place where the extra boxes go. I leave one empty at the top for that, too. I then pause the belt, leaving three boxes showing. I then start shuffling boxes around, looking in other stacks for the numbers I need.

A lot of times this works for me, but sometimes it doesn't. It gets frustrating, and if I start getting nervous that I'm not going to finish, I find I start messing up then.

Anyway, that's how I do it. It's helped me a lot.
