Problem doing kinzpost sorter.

I tried to do the kinzpost boxes "job " on several boards to night and every time I clicked on the box it vanished so I failed most of the job duties. If I caught them sideways and dragged them along to the colums I could sometimes hold onto them but had a lot of trouble with this job. Please if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanking you all in advance.

That used to happen to me to...I even started a thread and no one replied so I thought it was just me! If it works for you most times...well maybe tonight was just a glitch....in fact most all webkinz would move slow for me but I found for myself that it was all the time for me and when I switched from internet explorer to google chrome that all of a sudden webkinz worked again...perhaps try clearing your cache first though incase you are full...

Kinzpost sorter worked fine for me tonight. I did it twice on one account (Deluxe advantage) and I did have one problem I've had before, but it only happened once. I pick up a box, and when I try to replace another box with this box, the box I'm holding goes behind the box in the stack so I can't replace it. That happens to me at times, but rarely.

If you had trouble holding onto the boxes, maybe watch where you drag them and make sure you don't drag them where the job itself can make them drop from your "clutches". You know what I mean? Before I begin, I always make sure I have plenty of room to move the mouse, I find that helps too. I have had trouble dragging the boxes where I wanted, and for me, it was all because I didn't have enough room to maneuver the mouse around on the mousepad. If the boxes were disappearing when you picked them up, it probably was a glitch as CatCaretaker said.

I hope you can do this job tomorrow without any glitches! It's the best job in WW, in my opinion, I love it! (you should have seen me the first time I ever tried to do it, though...LOL)

Yesterday while I was doing the Fence Painting job. The pattern would only show up for a few seconds and then when I would paint the fence the colors would disappear as well. I don't know if this is related but I believe it's just a glitch in the system.

Been happening to me the past two days! Really frustrating because Ive been demoted to first level. Unfair!

Yes, I have had a problem for several days now also. Nothing has changed on my end, but now I can't seem to hold on to the boxes. When I click on them and move my mouse, they disappear. With the extra unintended drops, I can complete level 2, but I am unable to do level 3 any more. Previously I could do level 3 successfully almost all of the time.

This is frustrating to me because kinzpost is my Webkinz 'thing'. Now I have to do level 2 and get paid less. Then I have to waste a whole day getting demoted since you have to fail twice to get back to level 2.

I hope this gets fixed soon!

Accually I failed it the first time in sooo long since I'm doing hard...It wouldn't give me a single box. I didn't have any 7s AT ALL, and that was the last one i needed since the beginning
