Play Anytime?

How come when u reach to level three von meow says you can come bacck and play whenever u like. but u actully ccan't? anyone know why?

I think she means since you've accomplished the highest level you can come back and play at that level when you go to do a job, not literally anytime you want, only every 8 hours, kwim?

This simply means you can come back and play every time on level 3, not that you can do a job every other minute.
