Hamburger needs help!!??!!

This is the second day in a row the hamburger job is disfunctional for me. I select the food item and when I try to put it in the sandwich, it doesn't move. This, after months of level 3, I have been demoted through no fault of my own. Is it my computer or is anyone else having problems?
