Baby Sitting

When I tried to do the baby sitting job at the Employment Office, a crying pet kept rejecting the toy, and time ran out while I kept trying to make the toy register. Was this a glitch or part of the game to make it harder?

Also, What does the + number in parens after the level number mean? (Should I be asking this question in another thread?)

Basicly when a pet starts crying, it means they're beyond your help, so don't waste your time trying to cheer it up. Also the + number is how many times in a row you have done that job correctly. Hope this helps.

Yep, it's true, sadly.
Once a pet is crying, they won't accept anything anymore All you have to do is keep going, it's actually easier to win!

I personally don't do that job very often, but from what I've read about it, the trick to passing on level three is to ignore two of them, and concentrate on keeping the others happy. Some have even suggested sticking a post-it note over top them so they won't distract you.

Hmm, I don't know about that.. I've always won mine, except for when the computer froze up (twice). I never ignore any, and it's quite easy, even on a quick computer, if you go from left to right, over and over again.

whaen i first ried babysitting, i hated it! now it is my fav! if one crys ignore it and just pa attention to those who are not!---
