failed attempts:
spaghetti, orange, lemon meringue pie
noodles, lollipop, tomato
noodles, blueberries, marshmallows
spaghetti, hot dog, marshmallows
There's got to be either spaghetti or noodles in this recipe. Possibly marshmallows because of the white fluffy part on the bottom. And part of it is in the shape of a hot dog...and the blue fruit-shaped part looks like some kind of a lollipop. Or, it could be a jelly-filled doughnut like superyoshi8 said, so a substitute for a doughnut could be a bagel, and then jelly (jell-o). If it's that, it would most likely be made on the sandwich maker. Sorry I'm not much help 
I really hope this recipe isn't like the YummyTummy Tumbler, where it involves some kind of Farm Fresh food.
