did ganz just forget the phantom pop or is it justa glich because I just looged into my account and there was no phantom pop in the W-shop

The phantom Pop was last years treat in the W-shop. I don't believe they have all of the Halloween items in the Wshop (or curio shop) yet. Maybe they will make a new one this year!

The phantom pop is retired and very rare because so many people used them to make tooth extractors. If you happen to get a phantom pop, I would keep it. I really don't think it is going to be for sale again.

msclockart is right - it has been retired for a few years now (Halloween 2006 Gift Bag) so don't expect it to show up in the wshop anytime soon

The phantom pop is the ghost lollipop that was in the gift bag in 2006. The pumpkin pop is the one that has been in the wshop during Halloween season in recent years.

Both the Tooth Extractor and Phantom Pop are marked as priceless. The phantom pop was never offered for sale in the w-shop it was only available in the 2006 Halloween Giftbag. The pumkin pop and licorice bats have been sold in the w-shop every halloween.
