Sandwhich Maker recipe, pancakes + blueberries + mac n' cheese. Congratulations. I flagged you post. A mod should see it soon and you will be on the front page shortly afterwards. Did you win a trophy? | | | 12-10-2009, 02:54 PM | #172 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Dec 2009 Posts: 55 | Re: A History of the Secret Recipes. Who Solved Them? When Were They Solved? yes, I did win a trophy. I posted the pics in the rhomblintzes thread. I almost fell off my chair when the first screen came up. | | | 12-10-2009, 03:07 PM | #173 | Call me Pat! yes, I did win a trophy. I posted the pics in the rhomblintzes thread. I almost fell off my chair when the first screen came up. I know what you mean it is quite the rush. When I solved YTT I jumped off my chair and immediately called my brother, another webkinz addict and more or less screamed at him over the phone "Guess what just happened?" I am sure he must of thought something awful must have happened. Then I proceeded to tell him the true story and then he started screaming too LOL. But actually Maizealoop surprised me more than YTT. Iwasn't expecting it at all. I always had some faith in Cabbage and I was more or less in shock when I solved YTT. | | | 12-10-2009, 03:17 PM | #174 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Dec 2009 Posts: 55 | Re: A History of the Secret Recipes. Iwasn't expecting it at all. I always had some faith in Cabbage and I was more or less in shock when I solved YTT. I wanted this trophy so bad I could taste it. When the first screen popped up I called my husband (doesn't understand wkw at all) and screamed "I did it!!!". I was too scared to close that window. Scared that the trophy screen wouldn't follow. When it did a finally took a long breath.
I was getting to that point of frustration, but I kept thinking back to all you solving YTT and reminding myself this was solveable. When I was trying some combos today it struck me blueberries had not been tried with pancakes on the sandwhich maker. And bam.
Thank you. Thank you. | | | 12-10-2009, 03:40 PM | #175 | Call me Pat! Gift Guru Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 10,000 | Re: A History of the Secret Recipes. Who Solved Them? When Were They Solved? It was the 56th secret recipe ever to be solved and was the 24th fastest solve only taking 28 days to solve.
Also grapecrush is one of only 3 WI members to ever receive a Secret Chef Trophy when solving a regular recipe. The other two members were yajeulb and myself, ClaraZ25.
So good luck to everyone else on solving the remaining 3 recipes. You can do it!
Please Note: The WIki has been updated with this info. Sandwhich Maker recipe, pancakes + blueberries + mac n' cheese. That must be an all time record...100 recipe combinations to solve a recipe? That is very quick in the span of things. Look at how many COUNTLESS combos YTT took. | | | 12-10-2009, 07:09 PM | #177 | Call me Pat! Gift Guru Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 10,000 | Re: A History of the Secret Recipes. Who Solved Them? It took me around a 100 to solve Maizealoop as well. I betcha either monkeecj or webkinzworld14 holds it with their under a day solves they have had in the past. | | | 01-18-2010, 06:13 PM | #178 | TURTLES! Also is there any benefit to adding the newspaper stories for each group of recipes that were put out (for any that people retained pictures of) as I think it would be very helpful especially for the unsolved recipes to see what Webkinz said about appliances in the newspaper posting. It may help narrow the search. | | | | | | Tags | ♥ jesus 4eva! ~hpf, all hail mr. burrito, bear10176 was here, claraz25, cocoa ♥'s this thread, don't spill honey, haha love the honey tag, hurricanes, i wanna solve a recipe!, it makes threads sticky, monkeecj = master chef!, monkeecj wuz hear, pat = awesome!, sticky! sticky! sticky?, sweet thread! | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | | | Thread Tools | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off
