Here's some neat facts: Ghoulosh and Nebulumyum were solved in succession. Ghoulosh and Nebulumyum were the first two combinations I made (I didn't make any gak before I made them I just threw the ingredients in and made them) | | | 11-16-2009, 09:53 PM | #163 | Call me Pat! Well this post marks my 5000th post. So to reflect upon that I would just like to take a moment to say how much I have enjoyed the recipes section here on WI. It is my favorite forum here on WI.
So I first stumbled upon WI looking for how to make Webkinz Cookie Tornado. I didn't know whether it was made on the stove or the blender. I was so impressed with the explanation member gave about why it was a blender recipe now (It used to be a stove) I decided to join WI. I then went and posted my first post on he YTT thread asking if cabbage could be used in a recipe. Odd question when you think back on it. Well ever since that first post I have become a part of the Recipez community here on WI. I started doing combos for YTT in the summer of 2008 and I remember witnessing the solving of many recipes. I always was amazed by the ingenuity of the solvers to figure out the recipes and I thought I will never be able to figure one out, but that didn't stop me from trying. At one point I even went broke from doing to many combos. Thankfully though from a generous donation from a member who has become one of my closest friends here on WI (you know who you are) I received 3 oak pools and got my self back on the band wagon.
I remember seeing all the combos being done and all of a sudden there were no possible combos left for YTT. Then the hysteria started to set in, who made the mistake. I sure hoped it wasn't me. I then thought back to my idea of cabbage and decided to try it out again. Thankfully this time it worked. You all know the story from there.
So to end it off thank you to all the great members I have met here in the recipe section especially Achip, Amneris, Carmel_mom, CoCoabean, Dixiecup, ImTara55, monkeecj, sydney88 and so many others. Here's to solving those recipes. | | | 11-22-2009, 01:10 PM | #167 | ツ JenKittyCat Join Date: Jul 2007 Posts: 23,417 | Re: A History of the Secret Recipes. Who Solved Them? When Were They Solved?
