I have only done this a couple of times and I really love all of the hard work that yu have put into your work. s I was srolling through your awesome picture collage, I noticed the spider dish, which I forgot the name of already, but don't you think that it looks like the spider is on a bagel? I didn't see that picture on your possibilities, so just throwing something out there.
Thanks! | | | 09-09-2008, 07:17 PM | #32 | YAY Chopin!!! Thanks! First of all, thank you so much for the post!
Just the other day I did notice how similar the bagel looked to the bottom of Spinneretti. I had already known of people mentioning this as a possibility, but what I noticed was the similarity of the texture on both and that got my attention. I'm not really thinking it's in the recipe, but it's a great suggestion!
I know that there are a lot of ingredients that should be listed on some of those recipes but aren't. I also know I need to add the other two unsolved recipes to my list. What I am going to do soon enough is update and add some more pictures and things to further elaborate on the wonderful collection.
BTW, some ideas also I have kept from putting up there for personal reasons (selfishness ) because I'm not sure if I want to put an idea out in public before I test it first.
I am also thinking of making an entire new section of the thread to deal with theories surrounding the secret recipes. I'll contemplate adding that for a while longer, and then I'll see what I can do. There is a lot of potential for this thread - it's only in its beginning stages.
Again, thanks! __________________ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | | | 09-12-2008, 04:27 PM | #33 | YAY Chopin!!! No Better Place to Help You Solve a Recipe!* Wow, Monkeecj! The pictures look much better. Not that they were bad before, they are just more organized now.
Although, now I realize that there are ALOT of color possibilities for Spinneretti.
Although.....I'm not going to go into details, but someone gave me a really good idea about what might be in this. As soon as I get enough cash I'm going to start working on some combos. | | | 09-12-2008, 08:19 PM | #36 | YAY Chopin!!! Yes, it seems to be very apparent that there are a TON of color comparisons for each of the recipes up there, most notably Spinneretti. I know there are so many that I could've put up with the recipes I have, but I just don't have enough room to list them all. Some of them I just use to be different and make you think. For example, today I threw in Cake in the Spinneretti picture and hoped someone would notice how close it is to the central part.
All of the recipes have so much to ponder. It's like a giant, complex mind game with a solution that just seems almost impossible to most and sometimes needs a little luck for you to win.

Sometimes I really hate those "really good ideas" because the ones I have always seem to come and stab me in the back in the end. I have had some really amazing ones, and as they die out I seem to slap them onto my thread here...
