How do you creat a non-kinzstyle angel costume?

Hey everyone! I was just wondering, does anyone know how I could create a non-kinzstyle/non-exclusive clothing angel costume? I'm going to have my green Floral Fox wear it for Halloween, but I can't get my hands on the kinzstyle one. Any ideas ?

Okay here is just an idea- put together the sundress (forget what its called) with the glass slippers or no shoes at all and the tiara because it looks kinda like a halo.

Note: This outfit looks a little like a "godess" outfit I hope thats okay.
