Homemade Webkinz Clothes! Pics and Instructions Included!

Ever thought about making homemade webkinz clothes? Have you ever thought that buying the clothes is just too expensive, yet you would love to have stylish webkinz? You've come to the right place! First, I'll list the basic materials.

You'll Need:
Scissors that will cut through socks easily
Old, Mismatched Socks that No one will use

Second, Here are the optional materials.

You Might Want to Use:
Buttons
Colored Markers
Sequins
Plastic Gems
Fabric Scraps
-Don't forget to be creative!

Why Don't we meet the webkinz that are sporting these stylish clothes?

Penny, an energetic, sprightly Lil'kinz horse that always enjoys a run in the countryside.

Hazel: a funny, unique Yellow Lab with a beautiful voice.

April: a spunky, a bit stubborn, Pink Poodle with a talent for modeling.

Andrew: a active, hyper Dalmatian whose favorite cap says "Dude"

Isabelle: a calm, responsible golden retriever who runs the webkinz household.

And Now.. The Clothes pictures and Instructions:

Pink Vest and Skirt Combo

You will need:
a pink sock
scissors

You might want to use:
Sequins
Fake Jewels

Instructions:
1. Cut the bottom off of the sock (The part you put your toes in).
2.Cut the sock in half. Don't cut through it, cut across it. get it?
3. Once the sock is divided into two sleeve-like parts, take one. This will be your skirt. Snip a tailhole if necessary and decorate it if you want with your choice of sequins, buttons, and fake jewels.
4. Take the other sleeve-like half of the sock and cut through it down the middle.
5. Cut two circles out for sleeves.
6. decorate the vest if you like.

Polka Dot Skirt and Vest

You will need:
Scissors
2 Socks
Colored Markers

Make the skirt and vest the same as in the instructions above, except make a polka dot pattern on the skirt and the vest, too, if you want.

Note: if you would like a cool Tye-dye look, just wet them. otherwise, do not get these wet.

Swimsuit

You will need:
Scissors
Sock

1. cut the bottom off the sock.
2. cut the top off the sock.
3. cut off a belt-like piece of the sock.
4. make two holes for legs, and a hole for a tail if needed.
5. Take the middle of the sock, the leftover part, and this is your swimsuit top.
6. Use the belt-like piece of the sock and use it like a halter to keep the swimsuit up.

Dude Hat

You need:
White Sock
Black Marker

Steps:

Cut the top off the sock.

Write "Dude" on the top of the sock that you cut off.

Snip Ear-holes if needed.

Isabelle, those outfits are ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are very creative!!!!!! Thanx for posting this!!!!

I will have to show this to my niece. She loves to sew, and she would probably love to make outfits like these! With my mom's help, she made a bunch of capes for webbies, using microfleece. But I bet we could find some old socks for these clothes!
