What is a room showcase?
A room showcase is where WI members can post their rooms for others to see. The kind of rooms posted depends on which room type is spotlighted each week. Whatever room the spotlight is on, that is the room that the members are allowed to post.

What is the purpose of a room showcase?
The purpose of a room showcase is to narrow down room types. Many people go into the house threads looking for an example of one room. But, if the one room tha a member is looking for is spotlighted in the room showcase, they will find many examples of rooms all in one thread.

Am I allowed to showcase other people's rooms?
The answer is yes. The only rule against this is that if you decide to post someone elses room, you HAVE to post the username of the person's room you are showcasing. This shows respect because no one likes it when you take credit for someone else's work.

How long does each Room Showcase Round last?
Each round will last approximately a week. It will start on Monday, and end on the following Monday. Each round will feature a different room type, so check back often!

Dear Lah, I think this is a wonderful idea. You have inspired me to do a nursery/day care center. I have more than 300 rooms and no day care center and I actually do have one big section with all little kinz. So I will be back when I have a room to showcase. GOOD LUCK!!!
