Attention: Thanks for reading this thread. I spent a lot of time on this house, so I hope you like it. Because of this, I ask that you be respectful and only post constructive criticism. A few of the things you'll see, like my train, are not my ideas, but I have seen them in so many houses I didn't know who had the original idea and who to ask, so I just decided to use them. Other then that theses are my original ideas. If you want to use them, please, go ahead. You don't even ask, but make sure you credit me by the room you used it in with my name and a link to this thread. Other then that, ENJOY!



Welcome to the Serene Stay Hotel. We are located near a beach in a beautiful forest on the edge of Kinzville. We have acres of property, and the Serene stay is the only development for five miles in all directions. We promise you a truly unique experience, fresh air, natural sights, and of course, a fun time. I'm the concierge, Terra, and I will be showing you around. So on behalf of my mom and owner, seal, and the entire staff, Welcome!

Our first stop is the lobby. The manager, Drew is sitting in the desk next to mine, and here I am waving! Anyways, this is where you can check in and get all sorts on information on all our activities. You can see all the awards our hotel has been given in the trophy case, and sit down at our tables. We're on the first floor of the administration building, the second is only open to staff, but I bet I can sneak you up there, just for a peek.


Which reminds me, here's a map of the hotel. It's really big here, and I don't want you to get lost!

Before we continue the tour, I want to show you the suggestion box. My mom wants to know what you think, so just give us a rating out of five and tell us what you think. You can even make suggestions!

The next stop on our tour is the Valet Service. If you ever need to park your car in our garage, then my sister Meng the Lil' Panda will do it! By the way, we're still on the first floor.



Okay, now let's go to the scooter rental. Scooters only cost 25 KC a day to rent, and they're really fun to zoom around on! But if your injured or handicapped, you can use one for free your entire stay!


Of course, my sister Jennifer has to prescribe it first. She's a really smart doctor, and she takes care of people in the hotel if there are any emergencies because there aren't any hospitals around for a while. She also can give people medication or check up on them. She's on this floor of the administration building, let's go visit her!

Arrg! She has lots of pirates eye patches to put on to test your vision in the blue vision box, and an eye chart with colors and numbers. She also has ice chests with medicine, vitamins, and healthy foods that make Webkinz feel better. And there she is, sitting next to the examination table! Looks like a patient is coming in, so we'll have to leave. Let's go visit my other sister, Sammy. Sammy wants to be a doctor too, but she isn't old enough yet, so for now, she's working as a receptionist in the waiting room to see Dr. Jennifer.


It's really fun in there, and there's lots of crayons. Oh look, there's Sammy! Well, lets leave her to her work. This next room is the Kinz Post. You can drop off mail in the blue box, but make sure you have an address. You can also check for mail in the barrel with your room number. My sister Emma sends and receives mail from the main Kinz Post, and she also sells postcards. Just make sure to weigh your package so you know how many stamps to put on it!

We're going upstairs now, so you'll have to be super quiet, because I'm not supposed to take visitors up here! This first room is my favorite, the kitchen. You can smell all kinds of great foods and watch my sister, Chef Alex cook. There are three ovens, sinks, and counters in here, because Alex cooks for the dining room and all the people who order room service. She's really busy, so we'll have to be quick!



Okay, okay, we'll leave Alex. But don't tell mom! Okay, the next room is the laundromat, where my siblings and I take turns doing laundry. Uggg. Anyways, it always smells like soap in here, and you can was tons of laundry at once because of all the washers we have. We store the clothes in the bamboo bins, then wash them in the machines!

This room is the last in the administration building. Welcome to the staff lounge. Here, we can relax during our breaks, play games, watch TV, and get away from customers. No offense. Just remember: I didn't take you here. It's strictly staff only.



Okay, let's go on to the first activities building. It has all the activities where you learn things, but don't worry. It's cool things, and you're allowed in all the room there. Well, let's get out of here before we get caught! Just scroll down to the next post!

Welcome to the first activities building. This building holds all the activities you can do here where you learn something. Private and public classes are going on all the the time, so just stop by my concierge desk to get a schedule! Okay, our first stop is the Yoga and Meditation room. My sister, Jinny, will teach you how to hone your chi (I'm not sure what that means, but it sounds cool) and relax! You can stretch on mats, drink tea, meditate, or listen to peaceful sounds on the boom box! Jinny is super flexible, you should see her sometime! Oh, here she is now!

The next stop is the work out room. It's open any time, and you can store your stuff in the lockers. There's some treadmills, a warm up mat, and towels in case you get sweaty! Just don't get the towel too dirty, I think it's my turn to do laundry tomorrow!


This next room is the multi-purpose studio. You can rent it out to do pretty much anything! Sometimes, the Bear Ballet comes to practice in our studio, and they gave us a free poster autographed by their lead dancer in their latest ballet! It was so exciting!


Let's go see how my sister, Amber, is doing at the Princess Academy. She helps Lil' Kinz girls have fun pretending to be a princess! I love to see their little faces. We have birthday groups here all the time, so it gets pretty busy. Let's go take a look!

In the top, right hand corner, you can have a tea party with teddy bears! Across the room, to the left, is the makeup studio, where Amber will dress you up and do your make up so you look like a princess. We have all kinds of fun clothes in the dress up bins! In the open space by the CD player, you can learn to do a ballroom dance with a prince. In the last stop, you can get the book and see how long to balance it on your head. Okay, we're going Amber. Amber is always very proper, and punctual. She says a birthday group is coming in, so we better leave. This girly stuff isn't for me anyways.

Our next stop is one of my favorite's. The library! We have all kinds of books here, especially on the forest and beach. There are big comfortable couches and sometimes, the librarian, Kate, will read you a story!



Sorry Kate, I'd love to stay and here the story, but I have to take our guest to see Buffy now! Buffy is a fitness and martial arts expert. She has a "fun fitness" studio here, where you can work out and have lots of fun too! She always has the boom box turned up real loud, and she teaches everything from kung fu to hip hop! She even has a snowman dummy to take a whack at. Of course, if you need a little extra encouragement, there's nothing like running on the bone treadmill! I need a drink! Good thing Buffy always keeps an ice chest in here full of good old water!

This next stop is really colorful! We like to give parents and Lil' Kinz alike a "serene stay," so we offer day care. My sister, Natalia, is a dear, literally! She'll make sure the little ones have tons of fun while their parents do too! You can color, read, nap, play with dolls, and eat gum balls! Well, not too many.



The back yard is attached to the day care center! It's a clean, gated off area where little ones can explore safely! You can jump on trampolines, play in the tree house, or play with balls, dolls, and toy trucks! All under Natalia's super vision, of course! You can also swim in the cool blow up pool, but I wouldn't recommend it now, it's cold!



Brrr! Lets go inside, to the warmest room in the building! The culinary school! On weekends, a part time worker from Kinzville comes to take over the kitchen so Chef Alex can teach culinary classes! Oh look, she's in here now! You should come back when she's teaching a class, she can teach you to cook almost everything, and guarantee you have fun while you do it.

Sorry, our next stop is kind of boring. When businesses want to hold a meeting here, they use the conference room. The person who's presenting can use the screen for presentations and sit in the rolling chair, while other people can take notes on it in the desks. Once a month, my mom reserves this room for us so we can talk about the hotel. She sits in the rolling chair while me and my siblings sit in the desks. It's like school for old people. Yuck. Hey look, I'm sitting in mommy's chair! Wheeeee!
The next room isn't much fun either, but it's the last in this building. The classroom is a branch of the Kinzville Academy. If Webkinz take vacations during school, Ms. Cowaline can send over make up work so they won't fall behind, and they can study in the classroom. My sister watches them and makes sure they do their work.


All this touring has made me hungry. Let's go to the dining building and get something to eat, I'm famished! Yikes, that sounded like something Amber would say! Just scroll down and I'll meet you there!

We are now entering the dining building. Our first stop is the Grand Dining Hall, it's huge! You can eat all kinds of fancy foods, and sometimes, a pianist plays here. You can get a copy of the menu in the lobby, and make reservations here with my sister and hostess, Teagen, or through phone! Alex is always coming up with new food, or as Amber would say, delicacies.

I'm not really dressed for this place, so let's go see something more casual. My sister Cindy works next store in the Black Bear Cafe. It's a cool little urban coffee shop. You can get all kinds of things here, from coffee, to hot chocolate, to pastries. We have wi-fi, so you can sit on couches, eat, talk, or serve yourself at our espresso station. Mmmmm, do you smell that? Smells like Cindy just put a fresh pot on. Let's go check it out!


Mmmmm. Well, it looks like Cindy's got some Webkinz coming in, so let's head out and get some desert. I know the perfect place. My sister Gwen, the Mocha Puppy, has a candy shop next store. They even have a chocolate fountain, and you can eat at a table made of candy bars!


Well I'm full, but we still have two more places to visit. Meg, the rabbit, runs a fifty's diner across the hall. She serves all kinds of food and some pretty cool drinks and smoothies. She has all this cool vintage stuff, and you can even eat on spinning chairs at the counter! Yipeeeee!



This next place is absolutely free for anyone staying here. Every morning you can help yourself to breakfast in our continental breakfast room, or pour yourself a cup of tea. We have lots of yummy stuff, and it offers a great view through the windows!

Now that we've eaten, I'll show you the most important building in the hotel, the suites!

Our suites are unlike that of any other hotel's, because no one suite is different. They are all specially designed to fit your personality. They've asked the guests to clear out just for us, so we'll have to be really fast. First, let me tell you the rates, in case you're interested.

Webkinz Junior Suite....50 KC a night.
Lil' Kinz Suite....75 KC a night
Webkinz Suite....100 KC a night
Webkinz Signature Suite...150 KC a night.

The rates are based off of how big a room is, how fancy, stuff like that. Some of them come with packages too, but moving on. This first stop actually isn't a suite, it's the family bathroom. I don't have to tell you what to do in here, do I? Good. Just see for yourself.


Now that that's out of the way, Let's look at the first floor suites. This first one is a Lil' Kinz Suite, perfect for polar animals who want a nice winter chill in their room. It includes a bed, a cool looking dinner table, and a couch and coffee table with some tea and candy on it to keep you warm. The bed is extra soft and warm, try it out for yourself!

Brrr! Let's warm up in the spot light, because the next suite is the Theater Suite. It's a Webkinz Suite, and Many visiting Broadway stars and musicians stay in here, and consider it good luck for their next show. You can sit in movie chairs and watch the big screen TV, sleep on a stage bead, and eat in the spotlight at or music table! Hey, maybe I'd make a good rock star!


Not all the stars we get here are famous on the stage, some are professional sports players. They love to stay in the sports suite, it's a double room with baseball and football, so any fan or player can stay in here! I can almost smell the hot dogs and peanuts!


The next one is a Webkinz Suite, and is awesome for sleepovers! It can fit four girls, and has everything for the perfect sleepover. Movies, make up, dress up, junk food, and a timer to see how long you can stay up. The coolest thing about this room is it comes with a free trip to the spa (we'll go there later), the princess academy, and a pizza party room package! Just last week a lil' girl had her sleepover here, they had so much fun!


This next one is a Signature Suite, and it's the fanciest one here. This room is normally where dog show competitors stay in luxury. It has a vanity station, a beautiful bed, and a little kitchenette. My mommy let me sleep in here once, it was really cool!

Let's go to the next floor. This is Kate's favorite room, and let me tell you. If you liked the library, you'll LOVE this suite! It's a Webkinz Suite, and It's perfect for a reader, it has tons of books, tea, and a cozy couch by the fire. It's very warm in here, come in and see for yourself.


The next one is a tad too frilly for my taste, but you might like it. A Lil' Kinz suite, It's an almost completely pink suite, with flowers, a large trunk, and a comfy bed. Hey, it smells great in here!


While we're in the color theme, let's visit the orange room. This room is a Webkinz Suite, because it has four beds, so we get a lot of families in here! Of course, there's still room for some fluffy chairs and tea!


This next suite is one of my favorite's, the Webkinz Junior Nature Suite! Can yous smell the grass, flowers, and fresh air? This room is so sunny with the sunflowers and butterflies you feel like you're outside!

Moving on, let's head to the best suite for anniversaries, Valentines Day, honeymoons, or marriages. The Webkinz Honeymoon suite! Flowers, hearts, carriages, and butterflies. Can you get any more romantic?



This next room is especially sunny, and reminds me of the country! There's a desk, chairs, and an awesome bed. Check it out.

If you're looking for the classic hotel experience, this Webkinz Junior suite is perfect! There's room for two, and it's pretty comfy. You can watch TV or sit in a beanbag! Cool!


Remember the conference room? Well this high end Webkinz Signature suite is where most of those fancy business people stay. It;s very professional and cool, with two beds, a counter, and a sitting area. Not my taste, but see for yourself.

This Webkinz Suite is much more fun and casual. It's a birthday suite! This one is one of my favorites for a perfect birthday for a girl or boy. You can sleep on the balloon bed, open presents on the birthday throne while your guest sit in beanbags, and sample all different kinds of cakes Chef Alex has prepared in the colorful picnic area. We even have a cool confetti chest with party hats in it! The room comes with three activity coupons for you and your party guest to do any activity in the hotel. This room is so colorful!


Let's take the elevator down to the basement room, where our aquatic Webkinz stay. It's a huge Webkinz Signature suite filled with water! You can watch TV, sleep, and there's even a vanity for some fish fashion! Just make sure you have a air bubble on!


Brrr! Let's go to the best place to dry off, the last room here, which some consider a penthouse suite. It's a treetop Webkinz Signature suite for our fowl friends who come by. There's a perch, TV, bed, and other cool stuff. I'm warmer already!
