click on modify then goto where it says advanced click on advanced. ONce in advanced scroll down until you see manage attachments click on it. Then the box will pop open where you can upload pics. If you scroll down that box you can also delete your old pictures as well.

they might be to big. try saving them in a smaller format like jpeg.
