Why, I have reached 1000 posts, now haven't I? That is so cool. I was going to change my house thread, but I think I'll keep it for now since I still have space for new rooms.

I don't think it is "the" hot one on the block -- that honor probably belongs to Valleygram, with Bamboo being a close second behind her.
But yes, I gotten some really nice visitors!
And I love them all.
Thank you visitors! Thank you for helping get me to 1000 posts!

How The Grinch Stole Christmas! Aerial Packing Peanut Raid on Ganz Headquarters! -- And a Whole House in Pirate Theme Oh How Delightful Hmm!! I just showed my DS and I read the story of "The Many Dilemmas of Horton the Elephant" to him! He laughed and said "Mom that is Dr. Seuss!"! He loved it! And also loved your rendition of "How the Grinch Stole Xmas"! So, so creative!! Great job! ~ lollie | | | 03-05-2009, 05:06 PM | #1006 | Eliphalet Gift Guru Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 6,403 | Re: 3/3/09 Hmm's Pirate Palace -- Dr. Seuss Tributes! Horton Hatches the Egg! I am so glad that your son liked my Horton story. I really love having people's children visit. The Seuss rooms were incredibly fun to create. Will you be doing one for Snugglebunny's contest too?
I loved your aviary, and am feeling tree top room deprived right now. I am waiting to adopt my toucans until WI says its safe. Think I can risk it tonight?

Hmm Hi Hmm! Well to be truthful my DS is a BIG fan of your HT! When he sits on my lap to look at the different house threads, he always wants to see the "Pirate Elephant" one! Hee hee! No, I'm not going to enter Snugglebunny's contest, although I think that it is a WONDERFUL idea and so neat! Iam recuping from the flu so not really in the mindset of contests right now. But I wish you the Best of Luck on your entries! They are Marvelous! I'm not sure what to tell you about adopting your toucans! Hopefully after this maintenance, everything will start working properly with adoptions! Why not wait it out and see if you hear anyone giving the go to for it? Iam so looking forward to seeing what you come up with in your treetop room! And I know my DS will be excited to see it too! ~ lollie | | | 03-05-2009, 05:57 PM | #1008 | Catsinparadise Gifted Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 1,276 | Re: 3/3/09 Hmm's Pirate Palace -- Dr. Seuss Tributes! I cannot get into webkinz, so I came to check out your thread again. I never get tired of revisiting your pirate house. You write such great stories, I wonder if you write childrens books. If not, you should! Thanks for sharing, Cat | | | 03-05-2009, 06:05 PM | #1009 | i am chatty Gifted Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 40,293 | Re: 3/3/09 Hmm's Pirate Palace -- Dr. Seuss Tributes! Horton Hatches the Egg! How The Grinch Stole Christmas! Aerial Packing Peanut Raid on Ganz Headquarters! -- And a Whole House in Pirate Theme Awww. Well tell your son that the "Pirate Elephant" one is always open to him.
My kids adore your house too. Those Hogwarts rooms! Wow!
We'll just have to start a mutual admiration society.
It will be interesting to see if I can adopt Trinidad and Tobago. They've been waiting patiently on my dresser to join my pirate crew since Christmas, the poor dears. I am going to have to think of a suitable story introduction for them.
