I'm getting a new garden, what plants should I put in it?

Ok, so I have 3 gardens so far. One of carrots, one of strawberries, and another of tomatoes. I am getting another one, but I don't want to make one of carrots, strawberries, or tomatoes. I want something different... I think I'll do pumpkins or watermelon, what do you think?
